Shipping terms

The customer can choose between two shipping methods, which can be selected when placing the order.

SHIPPING BY THE CUSTOMER

In the confirmation email, the Customer will also receive the “packing list “, a document showing all the information to organize the collection at their own expense:

• no. of packages
• content of each package
• weight of each package
• size of each package
• expected date of “goods ready for shipment” for each package
• Pickup address

When the goods are “ready”, the customer receives a message and can proceed with the collection, according to their methods.

SHIPPING BY ALFAREX

If the customer selects this method during the order, the order confirmation will also contains the details and cost of shipping, which depends on the number of packages, their size, their weight and the final destination.

When the goods are ready”, the customer receives a message containing also information on the shipment in progress. According to the defined agreements, the goods may remain awaiting for shipment until payment is received.

Generally ALFAREX ships

– In Italy via GLS with an indicative cost of 10 € + VAT per 1 package and / or 10Kg

– Abroad via DHL, with an amount to be assessed based on the country of destination
