Return conditions

EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

By its nature and mission, ALFAREX produces and markets exclusively “tailor-made or clearly personalized” products based on the Customer’s instructions.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

GOODS DISPUTE

In case of goods that do not conform to what was ordered, at the first notification by the Customer, ALFAREX will give approval to the return for inspection. The return shipment will be at the expense of the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Once the goods have been received and the defect ascertained, ALFAREX will refund the amount already collected, in addition to the shipping costs incurred and documented by the Customer.
